TRAINING AND INTENSITY

CARDIO CROSS.

Cross Cardio teaches the didactics and technique of fundamental exercises with its various training and intensity proposals to be offered to a wide range of learners from the most to the least trained.

The focus is what Jairo has always applied in his toning classes and to his personal trainer clients: “the overall improvement of the individual.”

The training is based on the ‘cardiovascular and functional aspect, targeting metabolic change in order to achieve physiological results on the ‘individual and the basic concept that strength development starts from the center to the periphery.

Movida Fitness is a fitness class… unlike any other, a mix of verysimple movements, repeated over time and combined with music.

The fusion of these three components allows one to feel the sensation of fatigue, then workout, to have a vision of one’s body reminiscent of dancing, and to maintain a splendid smile throughout the class.

The class transforms into a collection of people who each interpret the same choreography with their own style and intensity, until they become a unique, energetic and tight-knit group.

Movida Fitness has 2 main goals: to entertain and to train! So the pursuit of fitness through fun.

With MOBILITY by Cross cardio you can simultaneously improve joint mobility and muscle strength. The activity allows you to release tension your joints, improve agility and body movement in space.

With the Deevasis method made up of entirely free-body workouts, you can achieve a sculpted and toned body.

GLAM DANCE

This program created by Guillermo Gonzales Vega is designed for those who want to develop their own dance style, whether beginner or advanced and, most importantly, FUN through movement, while also doing an effective aerobic workout.

Based on house, techno or tribal music (136-142 bpm), symmetrical and asymmetrical choreography is constructed experimenting with all kinds of styles including jazz, contemporary, afro, Latin, funk, voguing. In fact, all styles can be present in a GLAM DANCE class.

The program goals aim to achieve a balance between dance and fitness.
