The ninth edition, the third summer edition, was once again a success. The beautiful MSC Seashore ship, the itinerary from Genoa to Rome, Palermo, Ibiza, Valencia, Marseille, a fantastic team of instructors and international presenters, the themed excursions with silent fitness!

On June 19, 2022, the eighth edition of FDC departed from the port of Monfalcone for the first time with MSC aboard MSC Musica, the activities offered were Zumba®, Reejam, Reggaeton Fitness, Crosscardio, Piloxing, Pound in addition to Silent Fitness on the streets of Santorini.

The seventh edition was the first in the summer and it was a great success thanks to the beautiful itinerary from Genoa to Marseille, Tarragona, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Olbia.Many thanks to the team of instructors and the international presenters on board!

On October 25 from Palermo, October 26 from Civitavecchia and October 27 from Savona, touching Marseille, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, we brought on board for the first time different disciplines: Zumba®, Reejam, Reggaeton Fitness, Crosscardio, Piloxing, Poledance, Streetworkout on board and on the streets of Barcelona.
