ENERGY DAYS SUMMER '25
From April 30 to May 4, 2025 at Poiano Resort will be ENERGY DAYS SUMMER '25, the spring-summer fitness event. The next edition will see big news:
- Pre-event dedicated to Bachata on the night of April 30 and the day of May 1 (with Bachata pool party on the afternoon of May 1)
- 2 evenings (Friday and Saturday) with Urban and Reggaeton track in addition to the Latin track that will be active every night of the event;
- A packed outdoor activity program!!! Five days of, dance, fitness and outdoor activities await you.
During the event you will be able to go on guided mountain biking and hiking tours, participate in classes in various disciplines from salsa to fitness. During the evenings you will be able to dance on various tracks to the music of our DJs.
THE ACTIVITIES.
DANCE, FITNESS AND OUTDOOR
The program offers a wide range of activities, divided into different categories, to satisfy dance, fitness and outdoor enthusiasts.
- Latin and Salsa: There are numerous classes in Cuban Salsa, Puerto Rican Salsa, Bachata and other Latin dances. Various styles are also explored, such as gestures, Lady Style, and the fusion of salsa with flamenco and hip hop.
- Bachata and Pre-Event: A Pre-Event dedicated to Bachata will be held from April 30 to May 1, with Bachata Fusion and Sensual sessions.
- Fitness: The fitness area includes activities such as Zumba, Pilates, Street Workout and Salsation.
- Urban – Reggaeton and Hip Hop: Reggaeton, Hip Hop and Twerk classes are an absolute fun formula.
- Outdoor: Outdoor activities include mountain biking, MTB riding, and extreme sports such as rafting and canyoning, run by experts such as MIRKO PIRAZZOLI.
THE LOCATION.

Poiano Resort is always a certainty for our spring-summer event. The facility combines spaces for classes and dancing, rooms, apartments, and dining. It is only 5 minutes away from Lake Garda where i can go hiking and outdoor activities of all kinds, is not far from Gardaland, and enjoys breathtaking views right on the lake itself. The event will take place at the 4-star POIANO RESORT, with beautiful panoramic views of Lake Garda. Accommodation in the rooms will be at the village itself (some doubles, triples and quadruples).
